Challenges

The primary challenge was to implement a modern eCommerce solution that could integrate seamlessly with GrandVision’s existing systems and processes. This involved replacing an antiquated backend, integrating with external ERP systems, and launching in a new market with specific local requirements.

Client Requirements

GrandVision partnered with Wagento to expand into the Latin American market. The priority for GrandVision was selecting a Magento development agency that was familiar with the local market and could help them establish their online presence across Latin America. GrandVision required a web development team that could implement Magento as a backend to their stores to replace their antiquated JavaScript-based system.

  • ERP System Integration: Our certified Magento developers attached external ERP systems in warehouses to Magento and Magento Order Management, customizing Magento’s middleware.
