As the Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the entire marketing department of WE (Wagento &Eway’s), which includes Wagento & eWay Corp., and our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate digital marketing strategies, assess and update Wagento’s our marketing plan.
Additionally, you will be responsible for supervising Partnership & Events, playing a vital role in revenue growth, and your position will require a professional, energetic attitude. As an important contributor to the Strategic Business Development team, you will work closely with Sales to handle the channel pipeline and go-to-market activities that bring new clients to Wagento.

Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and products for the organization.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to align recommendations for the Marketing Plan.
  • Provide guidance to the Marketing & Desing team and oversee the daily workflow of the department.
  • Establish performance specifications, cost, price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates.
  • Coordinate marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and meeting desired outcomes.
  • Evaluate, manage, and control the performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs.
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities, motivating the target audience to “take action.”
  • Conduct comprehensive market research, analyze consumer behavior, and research demand for our services and products.
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities to stay informed of industry developments.
  • Develop brand awareness and positioning, both internally and externally.
  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights, translating them into plans and go-to-market strategies to help generate revenue.
  • Identify new market segments that will benefit from the company’s products and identify potential clients.
  • Ensure all marketing assets are on-brand and aligned with the global business strategy.
  • Analyze target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.
  • Direct and implement the organization’s advertising and promotional strategies.
  • Create and manage project budgets, timelines, and advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization.
  • Attend Adobe (Magento and other partners) marketing conferences and events to gain knowledge.
  • Plan and execute webinars to engage with potential clients and partners.
  • Approve and manage incoming and existing partners for both LATAM and North America.
  • Manage the pipeline of deals and leads for Strategic and Technology Partners.
  • Communicate professionally with large brands such as Adobe, PayPal, BigCommerce, Shopify, etc.
  • Evaluate and implement partner collaborations and co-marketing initiatives that support lead generation and revenue goals.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses to determine which events should be scheduled to maximize ROI.
  • Represent Wagento at partner events and conferences to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Interview, train, supervise, and manage department staff.
  • Provide leads for Strategic Technology Partners to BDRs.
  • Develop a pipeline of merchant prospects through your partner portfolio to achieve lead generation and revenue targets.
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot and Active Campaign and Crossbeam to manage partner leads and data.
  • Create reliable financial reports and send contracts to sponsors, adhering to event budgets to avoid project overruns.
  • Coordinate and organize travel arrangements for the team.
  • Organize and execute global events, researching venues, suppliers, and contractors, then negotiating prices and hiring.

Supervises and Coordinates:

    • Service Records.
    • Updates to event websites as needed.
    • The Creation and Management of Content Calendar.
    • Assistance to Ops team with related projects internal and external.
    • Collaborate with Writers and our Creative Department to Produce Content.
    • Documentation Tracking.
    • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
    • Establishing and maintaining relationships with partners and sponsors.
    • Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during event planning.
    • Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise.
    • Pipeline of merchant prospects through your partner portfolio to achieve lead generation and revenue targets.

  • Proven experience managing a marketing team.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in marketing and long-range planning.
  • Experience coordinating digital marketing projects.
  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager with a track record of developing successful brand and marketing strategies.
  • Experience with various digital marketing forms, including content marketing and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in HTML, content management systems, and design software.
  • Established portfolio of media and PR contacts.
  • Ability to identify target audiences and devise effective campaigns.
  • Proven budget management abilities.
  • A degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Fluent in conversational English for non-Anglo-American Speakers.
  • Strong analytical skills paired with a creative mindset.
  • Data-driven thinking and a natural affinity for numbers.
  • Effective communication skills for working in a multicultural company.
  • Keen awareness of the latest trends and marketing best practices.
