We are looking for a Sales person in México who is eager to learn our technology solutions and sell the right solutions to our target customers. If you are ambitious, career-minded, a team player, and passionate about sales this is a great opportunity.
Managerial:
  • This Position reports to the Director of Sales.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
  • Hunt new prospects and cross-sell to existing clients.
  • Hunter mentality, aggressively seeking new revenue opportunities.
  • Promptly respond to and follow up with inbound leads (E-commerce and/or marketing).
  • Meeting established activity and performance goals weekly.
  • Work directly with businesses to learn their needs and develop customized solutions to drive sales and ROI for the merchants.
  • Attend any sales training and continually improve knowledge of offerings.
  • Be accountable for the entire sales process from prospecting to completion of the sale.
  • Maintain detailed notes and updated pipeline in CRM for weekly review.
  • After deals close, direct and oversee client onboarding and transition to project management team.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients over the phone, Zoom, or in-person, (depending on your location). • Create/refine proposals including technology roadmap
  • Attend 2-4 annual events and work to represent the company and meet prospects. Ability to understand complex software systems and integrations from a user’s perspective.

  • Bilingual English / Spanish is required.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate a Sales Qualified Lead.
  • Conduct Research to pick a target audience.
  • Research appropriate Channels for the target audience.
Requirements:
  • Experience in related roles.
  • Hunter mentality, aggressively seeking new revenue opportunities.
  • Find a new business with a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Work directly with companies to learn their needs and suggest appropriate solutions to drive leads down the funnel.
  • KPI includes the number of outbound calls per day and the number of meetings set per week.
  • Be accountable for the entire sales process including prospecting and the handoff of the Sales Qualified Lead to the sales representative.
  • Maintain detailed notes and update pipeline for weekly review.
  • Provide in-depth information to the appropriate sales representative during hand-off.
  • Conduct sales conversations with potential clients over the phone or in person.
  • Ability to understand buyer personas.
  • Maintain relationships with key partners.
  • Continually grow knowledge of offerings.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
