Shopify Developer

We’re hiring a Senior eCommerce Developer with more than 5+ years of experience with Shopify and Sass eCommerce to work 8 am to 5pm CST Central Time (GMT-6). Your role will consist of developing e-commerce sites, helping with data transfers, and hosting platforms for our customers. Our team will provide efficient support and resources to help you to grow with us.

Communication

• Good communication skills
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• Responsibility of own tickets.
• Work together with Project Manager.

 

Requirements

• High school Degree and/or in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Technical Requirement Understanding.
• Estimation capability.
• Problem Solver.
• Team player.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• English, advanced.

 

Coding & Technology

• Minimum of 4+ years’ experience working within the Shopify Plus platform.
• Ruby on rails 4+ years.
• 3+ years working with modern technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3 experience.
• 3+ years of experience working with Liquid, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX as necessary.
• Superb troubleshooting and debugging skill.
• Experience with React or Knockout.js is desired.

 

Misc

• Able to deploy code on dev and on production
• Learn new things when Idle
• Follow ticket workflow as per Project Management Tool.
• Proper ticket comments.
