Scrum Master

Our Scrum master manages our products and software development teams assisting the team’s leader. They ensure that teams follow Agile practices and Scrum framework values, work to increase team efficiency, and provide motivation and guidance for process improvement.

And helps our PMs to coordinate and audit projects.


  • Good communication skills
  • Convert client requirements into technical requirements.
  • Able to take the client’s call or chat.
  • Able to chat internally between all offices.
  • Technical communication with the client.
  • A global understanding of current projects your team is working on, not just tickets worked.


  • Work with PO/PM to plan stories and break them down into tasks.
  • Ensure all work is properly estimated before each sprint.
  • Ticket Management and assignment.
  • Help PO, Sales, Marketing.
  • Understanding the skill sets of team members.
  • Delegating work to other team members.
  • Share different skillsets of team members to ensure efficiency with the PO/PM.


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.
  • Certified scrum master or +6 years of.
  • 3+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
  • Leadership and management experience.


  • Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
  • Training, mentoring and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
  • Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
  • Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
  • Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
  • Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
  • Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
  • Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.
  • Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.


  • Able to write Technical Blogs.
  • Participate in other activities, Magento Hackathon, Contribution, etc.
  • Share Knowledge with the team using Internal Webinar.
  • Attend webinars organized by Magento or other companies to be familiar with what’s new in Magento.
