Overview

We’re looking for an English-speaker Customer Experience Coordinator to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty in North and South America. The ideal candidate will make every touchpoint in the customer journey remarkable. We are looking for a candidate that will be based in Mexico, or Bolivia, but it is a remote position, and we will consider other locations in Latin America too.

Managerial

This Position reports to the Director of Sales.

Requirements & Responsibilities

• Understand each client and project.
• Set a clear vision so that the entire process is transparent for the client, and they know what to expect.
• Build strong relationship fostered by gathering customer feedback.
• Participate with multiple teams to incorporate feedback and improve the overall customer experience.
• Communicate often with client.
• Escalate any issues to come up with a resolution.
• Keep a track record of Client Satisfaction.
• Regularly review project KPIs.
• Communicate client changes with the PM and Sales.
• Organize quarterly strategy meetings with each client and the appropriate Wagento team members.
• Lead client to set goals together with our team.
• Drive projects toward successful completion in collaboration with PMs and Sales.
• High level of English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years CSM/CXM experience with measurable results.
• Prefer candidates with experience in the eCommerce and Digital Technology space.
• Excellent written, verbal, phone, and presentation skills (required)
• Agency experience with platforms like Magento, BigCommerce, VTEX, Hubspot, Marketo, Akeneo and other PIMs (preferred)
